Unlike other genealogists we are strong believers that all our employees are awarded for the work they do. Therefore, we do not offer internships, or apprenticeships as this goes against our beliefs in guaranteed receipt of at least the London Living Wage. We do not offer commission, sign-up bonuses or other variable pay (money determined by sales activities), as we believe that all departments within the business, are fundamental for its success.

Association of Professional Genealogists Neil Fraser is a member of the association of Professional Genealogists. Every member of the APG signs a code of professional ethics and is the only globalised association for people working in probate research. We are the longest serving overseas members.

Association of British Investigators Neil Fraser is an Approved Investigator in the association. The ABI is home to professionals in the private sector in investigation, here in the UK.
After taking a case to the House of Lords over who was entitled to an estate, Fraser and Fraser won the case. Five Law Lords ruled unanimously that the successors of the donors of land for a school site were entitled to the proceeds when the school closed.
Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Andrew Fraser, our in-house building surveyor, is a long standing member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Expertise for assisting with property issues and ensures our work continues until an estate is distributed.
Our webinars are now recognised as CPD accredited. Legal professionals will be able to earn CPD points by watching our past and upcoming webinars. As a CPD Memeber our content follows the obligations and policices of professional bodies and academic institutes.
